“相对穴”在心脏病中的应用

摘　　要："相对穴"是指四肢内外侧或躯干前后方相对位置上的部分针灸腧穴,如内关与外关,阴陵泉与阳陵泉,悬钟与三阴交等。"相对穴"定位、取穴简便;针刺一边一针(对刺)或一针两穴(透刺),操作方便;阴阳相配在调整阴阳方面相得益彰。应用"相对穴"治疗心脏病,取得满意疗效。In the light of the position character,acupoints situation on the corresponding medial and lateral sides of the limbs or in the front and back parts of the body trunk are called as ＂opposite acupoints＂.For example,Neiguan （PC 6） and Waiguan （SJ 5）,Yinlingquan （SP9） and Yanglingquan （GB 34）,Xuanzhong （GB 39） and Sanyinjiao （SP 6）,etc.It convenience in the location of acupoints,convenience in one session of treatment,opposite needling or penetrative needling of two opposite acupoints,simple in operation,and good in the therapeutic effect for treatment.Application ＂opposite acupoints＂ to treat heart disease,with satisfactory results.
