摘 要:以氧化铝、碳酸钙、氯化铁为原料,制备了新型聚合铁铝絮凝剂(HF),并探讨了聚合过程中焙烧温度和酸溶时间等因素对絮凝剂盐基度的影响。通过实验得到其最佳合成条件:m(氧化铝)∶m(碳酸钙)=3∶2,酸溶时间为2h,m(铝酸钙)∶m(盐酸)=5∶19,焙烧温度为1200℃,FeCl3.6H2O的加入量为焙烧原料的12%。将该产品对化学预热机械浆(CTMP)废水做絮凝实验,得出保持45%左右的盐基度有最佳的絮凝性能。A new flocculant of polymeric iron aluminum(HF) has been synthesized using Al2O3,CaCO3 and FeCl3 and a series of influential factors to the basicity of flocculant,such as the calcination temperature and the acid-soluble time during the polymerization were investigated.The optimum conditions for the synthesis were obtained through experiments:m(Al2O3):m(CaCO3)=3:2,the reaction time 2 h,m〔Ca3(AlO3)2〕:m(HCl)=5:19,the reaction of alumina and calcium carbonate,temperature 1 200 ℃,and the dosage of FeCl3·6H2O 12%.The coagulating treatment of CTMP wastewater was performed using the flocculant of polymeric iron aluminum.It was concluded that the optimum flocculation can be obtained when the basicity was about 45%.
