中药内服外用治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味四妙汤内服联合新癀片外用治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组40例口服双氯芬酸钠片,治疗组46例在对照组的基础上口服加味四妙汤联合外用新癀片,治疗一周后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组有效率为75%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加味四妙汤内服联合新癀片外用对急性痛风性关节炎有确切疗效。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of oral Additional Si-miao Decoction combined with external application of Xinhuang Tablets in treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods 86 patients were divided randomly into control group(n = 40) and treatment group(n = 46).Patients in control group were received diclofenac sodium tablets,and patients in treatment group were received oral Additional Simiao Decoction combined with external application of Xinhuang Tablets on the basis of treatment of the control group.Clinical efficacy between two groups were observed after one week.Results The total effective rate was 93.5% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 85% in the control group.The clinical efficacy between two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant clinical efficacy about oral Additional Si-miao Decoction combined with external application of Xinhuang Tablets in treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
