摘  要:采用正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)的逆变电路的输出电压为一系列等幅不等宽的矩形脉冲,并非理想的正弦波。为了分析这种逆变电路的谐波特性,推导了SPWM波形的傅里叶级数展开式,并利用MATLAB软件对正弦脉宽调制逆变电路输出电压的波形进行了仿真分析,观察改变调制度和载波比对于输出电压总谐波畸变率的影响。仿真结果表明,保持载波比不变时,电压总谐波畸变率与调制度成反比;而在保持调制度不变时,改变载波比,电压总谐波畸变率基本上保持不变。The output voltage of an inverter circuit using the SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation) is composed of a series of rectangular pulses in equal magnitude and unequal width,and it is not an ideal sinusoidal wave.In order to analyze the harmonic characteristics of this type of inverter circuit,the Fourier series expansion of SPWM waveform was deduced,the output voltage of an inverter circuit was simulated and analyzed by using the MATLAB software.The effect of changing modulation depth and carrier wave ratio on total harmonic distortion of output voltage was observed.Simulation results show that modulation depth is inversely proportional to the voltage total harmonic distortion under constant carrier wave ratio.However,the voltage total voltage harmonic distortion keeps constant under the modulation depth keeps constant and varying carrier wave ratio.
