摘  要:继电保护和故障信息系统实现了继电保护运行、管理和电网故障处理的网络信息化、智能化,文中提出一种基于时空二维参量和正反向推理的电网故障诊断方法。通过访问故障信息系统得到电网拓扑结构和元件保护配置,通过故障信息和继电保护动作规则搜索可疑故障元件,形成可疑元件库;提出了故障元件诊断的方法,归纳了故障判定的原则并提出了保护与故障元件之间关联度的概念。实验表明该方法快速准确,适用于实际的电网故障信息系统,适应电网拓扑结构和保护配置的变化,适合实时在线故障诊断。The fault information system build a platform to realize the intelligentization of relay protection management.In this paper,an approach of power system fault diagnosis based on space-time two-dimensional parameter and forward and backward reasoning is presented.Accessing the fault information system,we get the power network topology and the configuration information of protective devices;we get the set of suspicious faulty equipments according the operational information of breaker,protective relaying and the operation rules.The method and rules of identifying the faulty equipments by forward and backward reasoning are described in detail.The relational grade between faulty equipments and their protection are described also.Test result shows that the method can reduce processing time and increase accuracy,and is more capable than previous method to adapt to the changing of network configurations and the protection configurations.The method is suitable for online applications.
