摘 要:以阳离子淀粉DM 933A和多聚磷酸钠为主要原料,用干法工艺制备了磷酸酯型两性淀粉;用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、布拉班德黏度仪和偏光显微镜对产物结构性能进行表征;研究了其作为纸张增强剂对纸浆的增强作用。试验结果表明,制备两性淀粉的最佳工艺是:多聚磷酸钠(STP)添加量为w(STP)=6%;反应pH=6.0;反应温度为145℃;反应时间为1.5 h;磷酸酯型两性淀粉对纸张的耐破度、抗张指数和裂断长分别提高了38.2%、24.9%和25.0%,其性能与国民淀粉的两性淀粉接近。In the paper, phosphate amphoteric starch was synthesized by a dry process using DM 933A and STP as raw materials. The structure and properties of the phosphate amphoteric starch were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, Brabender Viscograph-E and OLYMPUS-BH-2 microscope. The reinforcing effect of the amphoteric starch on waste paper pulp was studied. The results indicated that the best conditions for the amphoteric starch preparation were as follows:the STP is 6 Wt%; the reaction pH=6.0; the reaction temperature is 145℃; the reaction time is 1.5 h. Compared with the control sample, the tear index, tensile index, and breaking length of the synthesized phosphate amphoteric starch strengthened paper were increased by 38.2%,24.9%,25.0%, respectively, which were close to those of the phosphate amphoteric starch product of National Starch strengthened paper.
