摘　　要：目的比较MCu功能性宫内节育器与TCu220C普通型宫内节育器的避孕有效性、安全性和不良反应的发生情况。方法将300例健康经产妇分为2组,分别于月经间期放置MCu功能性IUD150例(MCu组)及TCu220C普通型IUD150例(TCu220C组)。放置后1、3、6及12个月随访,以生命表法统计两种IUD的效果。结果 MCu组使用1年无妊娠,脱落率及与IUD使用有关的终止率均低于TCu220C组;而在月经周期的改变、月经量的改变、子宫淋漓出血方面MCu组亦低于TCu220C组。结论此种无支架,选用特殊的医用形状记忆合金制成的IUD与人体宫腔有良好的组织相容性,具有低脱落率、出血及不良反应少的特点,是目前比较理想的IUD。Objective MCu functional comparison with TCu220C common type IUD IUD contraceptive efficacy,safety and the incidence of side effects. Methods 300 healthy mothers were divided into 2 groups by, respectively,between the period of placement MCu functional IUD150 cases（ MCu group） and TCu220C common type IUD150 cases（ TCu220C group） . After placing 1,3,6 and 12 months follow-up to two life table method statistical effect of IUD. Results MCu group with 1year without pregnancy,expulsion rates,and with the use of the termination of TOD rates lower than TCu220C group; changes in the menstrual cycle,menstrual flow changes in uterine bleeding profusely respect MCu group also lower than TCu220C group. Conclusion This non-support,a special medical use made of the IUD shape memory alloy and human uterine good biocompatibility,low loss rate, less pain,less bleeding and the characteristics of side effects,is the ideal the IUD.
