我院2007～2009年降脂药利用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院口服降脂药的应用现状及趋势。方法对我院2007～2009年口服降脂药种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果 2008年、2009年口服降脂药销售金额增长率分别为13.26%、11.15%;最常用的是HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂和烟酸及其衍生物。结论我院口服降脂药应用呈增长趋势,其临床应用结构合理。Objective Know my hospital of oral lipid-lowering drug application status and trends.Methods In our hospital from 2007 to 2009 oral lipid-lowering drug type,quantity,sales amount,medication frequency, average daily costs for statistical analysis. Results In 2008,2009,the amount of oral lipid-lowering drug sales growth rates were 13. 26% ,11. 15% ; The most common was the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors and nicotinic acid and its derivatives. Conclusion Oral application of lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital showed a rising trend,the clinical application of a reasonable structure.
