异搏定治疗室上性心动过速14例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价异搏定治疗室上性心动过速的疗效和安全性。方法 14例室上性心动过速患者静脉注射异搏定,观察转复窦性心律情况。结果静脉注射异搏定起效时间为(3.4±1.5)min,治疗有效率为85.7%。结论异搏定不仅能有效地转复室上性心动过速,而且不良反应小。Objective To investigate the effectivenessandsafety of verapamil in treatment of supraventricular tachycardia（ SVT） . Methods Fourteen patients with SVT were treated with verapamil intravenously. The conversion rate and adverse effects were recorded. Results Twelve（ 85. 7% ） of the fourteen patients with SVT were successfully converted to sinus rhythm with verapamil treatment. The mean conversion time was（ 3. 4 ± 1. 5） minutes. No adverse effects were observed. Conclusion Verapamil injection can be used to convert SVT to sinus rhythm effectively with little side effects.
