摘  要:目的分析门诊电子处方的缺陷,探讨提高电子处方质量的措施。方法对我院门诊电子处方审核过程中发现的问题处方进行统计、分析。结果共审核处方218815张,发现问题处方1926张,占处方总数的0.88%,包括一般项目错误、药名错误、剂型错误、用药途径错误、用药频次错误、不合理用药等。结论通过提高医务人员的综合素质,完善电子处方审核系统等措施提高电子处方的质量。Objective Analysis of deficiencies in outpatient electronic prescriptions,To explore measures to improve the quality of e-prescribing. Methods In our hospital outpatient e-prescribing problems identified during the audit prescriptions statistical analysis. Results A total of 218,815 prescriptions audit found problems prescription 1926,accounting for 0. 88% of total prescriptions,including general project errors,drug name errors,dosage errors,wrong route of administration,frequency of medication errors,improper use of medicines and so on. Conclusion By increasing the overall quality of medical personnel,improve the audit system, electronic prescriptions and other measures to improve the quality of electronic prescriptions.
