肝移植术围手术期处理体会

摘　　要：探讨肝移植患者围手术期合理的处理方法。方法：术后给予胃肠外营养；合理应用免疫抑制剂 和抗生素。肝穿活检诊断排斥反应，并行甲基强的松龙冲击治疗。结果：１例肝移植患者围手术期的处理效果良 好。术后３．５个月，患者死于肺部感染。结论：肝移植前应做好充分准备；术后对可能发生的并发症要进行有效的 预防和治疗。甲基强的松龙冲击治疗是逆转排斥反应的有力措施。<Abstrac>Aim To investigate the perioperative rational management of liver transplantation. Miehods:Total perenteral nutrition(TPN)was employed in the period of ostoperation. Immunosuppressive drugs must be used .Rational antibiotics were Selected to prevent and cure infections When rejection is questionable existing, needle biopsy must be done and bolus dosage of prednisolone eas used to treat Results: There was a liver transplantation patient, and effective managements are employed in the periok of perioperation The recipient died of pneumonia 3.5 months after postoperation Conclusion: Adequate preparation must be done before liver transplantion;the potential complications in the periond of postoperation must be prevented and treated Bolus dosage of prednisolone is an effective treatment for reverse rejection
