摘 要:为探讨河南省献血员中庚型肝炎病毒(HGV)的感染情况和病毒基因的变异特征。方法:利 用逆转录-巢式-聚合酶链反应(RT-Nest-PCR)检测 HGV RNA;克隆人 T载体并测序。结果:在 300名义务献血员 中发现1例庚型肝炎病毒RNA阳性;200例初检合格献血员标本中无1例阳性。河南株HGV与GenBank中HGV 对应位置序列的同源性为90.9%~98.8%。结论:河南省义务献血员中有HGV携带者;河南株HGV与国内(河 北株HGU75356)分离株的同源性为98.8%,其同源性高于国外分离株(90.9%~95.2%);建议对献血员增加 HGV 检测。Aim:In order to study hepatitis G virus(HGV)infection in voluntary donors of Henan province and characteristics of Gene mutation.Methods:HGV RNA was detected by reverse transcription nest polymerase chain reaction (RT-Nest-PCR).Partial gene was cloned and sequenced.Results:One positive case of HGV RNA was detected in 300voluntary donors and HGV rna IN 200INITIAL SCREENED DONOR WERE ALL NEGATIVE.The sequence showed 90.9%~98.8% uncleotide homology to the corresponding region of HGV in Genbank.The nucleotide homology between Henan strain HGV and Hebei is higher than that between Henan and foreign country strains.Conclusion:The existence of HGV infection in Henan has been affirmed and it is suggesting that screening for blood donors is of importance to transfusion security.
