摘　　要：信息安全的核心是保证信息在计算、通讯、存储三种状态的安全,针对不同的环境,技术策略和管理策略的运用方式也不一样。文章根据当前的实际需要,参考国内外的相关标准,阐述了统一安全策略模型框架,并基于信息系统风险的特点,详细论述了统一安全策略实施所遵循的动态性和持续性的原则。The core of information security is to ensure that information in the computing,communications,storage,three kinds of state security.Technology and management strategy have different operation modes for different environment.The framework of unified security policy model based on the actual needs is described referring to the relevant standards at home and abroad in this paper.The dynamic and sustainable principles are discussed in detail based on the risk characteristics of information systems.
