两种瓷釉涂料致突变性研究

摘  要:本文用小鼠急性经口毒性试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,Ames试验对两种瓷釉涂料浸泡水(901-1,901-2)毒性和致突变性进行了研究。结果表明:两种瓷釉涂料浸泡水(901-1,901-2)LD50均大于21500mg/kg,为无毒物质。受试物在700、2000、10000mg/kg三个剂量下,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验均未显示有致突变作用。Ames试验,受试物在0.001~10ul/皿剂量下,均未显示有致突变作用。为了确保瓷釉涂料安全,建议继续进行蓄积毒性和生殖毒性、发育毒性研究。The paper presented the toxicity and mutagenic effects of two kinds of porcelain glaze paint immersed water samples with the mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and the Ames test. The results showed that LD(50) value of both of the twosamples was above 21500mg/kg and showed no toxic effect. Under these treated doses of 700. 2000. 10000mg/kg, the specimendid not show any mutagenic effects on mouse bone marrow micronucleus test. Nor did it show any mutagenic effects under thedoses 0. 001-10ul/plate on Ames test. To gurantee the saftey of using the porcelain glaze paint. accumulative, developmental reproductive toxicity research should be performed.
