心理治疗对脱毒期间海洛因依赖者心理健康状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理治疗对脱毒期间海洛因依赖者心理健康状态的影响。方法:设置单纯口服美沙酮105例作为对照组、口服美沙酮联合心理治疗108例作为观察组。两组共213例,采用一般情况调查表(自制)、毒品相关知识知晓调查表(自制)、评估症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查和对照分析。结果:两组在性别、年龄、婚姻、职业、文化程度、吸毒方式、吸毒量、吸食时间等方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组在SCL-90各因子分和SAS、SDS的总分,观察组得分更低,有显著性差异(P<0.05或<0.01)。对毒品相关知识的认知,观察组知晓正确率更高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:心理治疗集知识性、娱乐性、情感性、自我调适功能为一体,科学性强,能够提高吸毒者的文化知识和综合素质,改变其病态心理和行为,增强其生活的自信心和脱毒的意志力,有利于脱毒者回归社会和防止复吸。Objective：To explore the mental health conditional effect of Heroin addicts during detoxification period by psychotherey.Methods：213 cases of voluntary detoxification personnel was assessed 2 times with SCL-90,SAS,SDS,and was investigate the knowledge.About substance used drug and general condition both taken orally methadone（105 cases for compared group） and psychotherey with taken orally methadone（108 cases for observed group）.And comparison and analysis were done.Results：There are no statistical significamce（P0.05） in age,sex,marriage,occupation,education and ways,amounts and time of used drugs both compared and observed groups.There are statistical significomece（P0.05 or 0.01） for observed group gained lower scores in each factor scores of SCL-90,and sum scores of SAS,SDS both groups.There are very statistical significance（P0.01） for observed group gained higher correct knowledge about the knowledge of substance used drugs both groups.Conclusion：Psychotherey have scientific knowledge as a whole with knowledge,amusment,emotion and regulated functions of oneself.It can be raised both cultural knowledge and synthesized guality,and changed both morbid mentality and be haviour as well as gained both fresh confidence and will power of the life for drug abusers.It will be favourable to returned society and prevented repeateal for detoxification abusers.
