摘 要:目的:探讨心理社会因素与大学生应付方式的相互关系,为心理健康辅导提供理论依据。方法:对962例在校大学生应用应付方式问卷(CSQ)、个人评价问卷(PEI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)等量表和一般状况调查表进行测查和相关系数分析。结果:解决问题、求助等成熟型应付方式与身高、体重、家庭教养方式、家庭经济状况、班委、PEI各因子分和EPQ-E分呈正相关,而与SCL-90各因子分和EPQ-P、N分呈负相关(P<0.05或<0.01);自责、幻想、退避、合理化等不成熟型和混合型应付方式与身高、体重、家庭教养方式、家庭经济状况、班委、PEI各因子分和EPQ-E分呈负相关,而与SCL-90各因子分和EPQ-P、N分呈正相关(P<0.05或<0.01);男性解决问题、合理化因子分明显高于女性(P<0.05);女性的求助、幻想、退避因子分明显高于男性(P<0.05);自责因子分男女性无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:心理状况越好者,越多采用解决问题、求助等成熟型应付方式,故提高大学生心理健康水平,有利于提升学生解决问题和采用成熟型应付问题的能力。Objective:To explore the relationship of social psychological factors and coping styles among college students.And to provide theoretical guidance for college students mental health.Methods:962 college students were assessed with Coping Styles Questionnaire(CSQ),Personal Evaluation Inventory(PEI),Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnair(EPQ),and self-design guestionnaire about family condition.Results:There were significant positive relation on stature.weight.Family educate styles,family economic condition,class cadre.PEI factors and EPQ-E scores,and significant negative relation on SCL-90 factors and EPQ-P.N scores with mature coping styles of resolve question and beg helping(P0.05 or 0.01);There were significant negative relation on stature.Weight,family educate styles,family economic condition,class cadre,PEI factors and EPQ-E scores,and significant positive relation on SCL-90 factors,and EPQ-P.N scores with immature and mixture coping styles of punishment,illusion,flinched and retionalization(P0.05 or 0.01).Mate students had higher scores in resolve question and retionalization factors scores(P0.05),female students had higher scores in beg helping,illusion and flinched factors scores(P0.05).There were no significant difference on punishment between male and femade students(P0.05).Conclusion:Psychological condition were more better,and adopted more mature coping styles of resolve question and beg helping.To improve college students psychological health level,it will be benefitable to raise ability for students to resolve question and adopt mature coping styles.
