摘　　要：蒋桂战争、中原大战失利后,新桂系集团为了稳定内部,巩固军心,成立了一个秘密的决策的核心组织——"革命同志会"。"革命同志会"的演变随着新桂系集团的变化而发展,它的存在确保了政府的绝对决策权依然是在新桂系自己的手中,体现出浓郁的集权性和军事性特征。After Civil war,Central Plains big battle give ground,new Chinese cinnamon is that Corp.consolidates soldier＇s morale for inside of stability,the core having set up a confidential decision-making organizes ＂the revolutionary comrade meeting ＂.The evolution ＂that the comrade will be changes but develops revolution＂ with the fact that new Chinese cinnamon is Corp.＇s,that its existence has ensured government＇s absolute decision-making power is that hand being self in new Chinese cinnamon is hit by,embodies out the rich centralization of state power and military affairs characteristic as before.
