计算机优化设计在无水洗手胶配方中的应用

摘　　要：本文采用均匀设计法，对无水洗手胶配方中各组分在8个水平上进行考察，并用微机对实验结果进行回归分析及对配方进行优化，分析及实验结果表明，无水洗手胶最佳配方是（W％）：聚乙烯醇用量为14，聚乙二醇用量为0．7，非离子表面活性剂用量为1．5，甘油用量为1．5，乙醇用量为16，水用量为66．3。The recipe of anhydrous hand cleaning gel was studied with uniform design in terms of the amounts of non - ion surfactant, PVA, PEG, glycerol, etc. At 8 Levels with the regression analysis of the results and via experimental test,the optimum recipe(w%) was found to be: non - ion surfactant 1.5, PVA 14, PEG 0.7,glycerol 1. 5, EtOH 16 and residual is water
