三种内固定方法治疗117例锁骨中段骨折对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨克氏针、钢板与锁定加压钢板在锁骨中段骨折中的应用价值。方法:对117例锁骨骨折内固定治疗,其中克氏针固定组59例,钢板组38例,锁定加压钢板组20例。结果:平均随访12.3个月,LCP和钢板骨折愈合优良率更高。结论:LCP和钢板治疗锁骨骨折效果好,克氏针适合于基层医院。Objective： To study the application value of Kirschner wire and plate and locked compress plate（LCP） in treatment of mediate clavicular fracture.Method： 117 cases with mediate clavicular fracture were treated with interior fixation,59 cases were fixed with Kirschner wire,38 cases were fixed with plate,20 cases were fixed with LCP.Result： The mean follow-up time was 12.3 months.Group of LCP and plate with higher of excellent and good rate being.Conclusion： LCP and plate help the mediate clavicular fracture recovered best,kirschner wire fit to the primary hospital.
