摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱外伤的MRI表现特点,研究MRI对脊柱、脊髓损伤的诊断要点和价值。方法:回顾性分析60例24h内的急性脊柱外伤病人的MRI表现,其中38例曾做CT检查资对照。结果:椎骨骨折52例,脊椎损伤16例;脊髓水肿25例和脊髓出血6例,脊髓断裂8例;椎旁软组织及韧带损伤42例。MRI对脊柱外伤空间定位非常准确,MRI是外伤性脊髓病变最佳的检查方法,对硬膜外出血、韧带撕裂、外伤性椎间盘脱出和椎体骨折也能很好显示。结论:MRI对脊柱外伤的诊断和预后的评估具有重要的价值,更是脊髓损伤的首选检查方法。Objective： To study the characteristis of MRI in spinal injuries and the value of MRI in the diagnosis of spinal and spinal cord injuries.Method： The characteristis of MRI of 60 cases with acute spinal injuries in 24 hours were analyzed retrospectively,38 of which underwent CT examination.Result： With the help of MRI in the diagnosis,52 cases were found backbone fracture,16 spinal injury,25 spinal cord hemorrhage,8 broken spinal cord,42 ligament and soft tissues injury and 21 spinal cord oedema.Conclusion： MRI locates spinal injuries accurately and is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal injuries,and which should be chosen first in the check-up of spinal injuries.
