高同型半胱氨酸血症与原发性高血压相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与原发性高血压的相关性。方法:选择87例高血压患者和80例健康对照人群,采用循环酶法测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平及其他生化指标,比较两组人群之间的差异。结果:高血压组血清Hcy水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01);血清Hcy水平与血压(收缩压和舒张压)水平存在正相关关系(P<0.01);高血压组高Hcy血症患病率(60.92%)高于对照组(16.25%)(P<0.01);高血压组Hcy水平男性高于女性(P<0.01)。高血压组患者年龄与血清Hcy水平未发现相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血清Hcy水平升高可能是高血压的独立危险因素。Objective： To discuss the correlation between serum homocysteine（Hcy） and primary hypertension.Method： We selected 87 example patients with hypertension and 80 example health comparison crowd,used the cyclophorase law determination blood serum homocystein level and other biochemistry target,compared with two groups of crowd＇s differences.Result： Hypertension group blood plasma Hcy level was higher than the healthy control group.The blood plasma Hcy level and the blood pressure（systolic pressure and diastolic pressure） has the correlational dependence.Hypertension group high Hcy blood sickness prevalence rate（60.92%） was higher than that in the control group（16.25%）.The hypertension group Hcy horizontal male was higher than the female.Hypertension group patient age and serum Hcy level has not discovered the correlation.Conclusion： The serum Hcy level elevatation is possibly hyper independence risk factor of hypertension.
