摘　　要：新疆是一个生态脆弱的资源大省,如何实现经济发展与环境保护的平衡是关系新疆长远发展的重大问题。人均收入、外商投资、第三产业的发展水平是影响新疆生态环境的主要因素,2018年将是新疆环境质量的拐点,为缓解新疆环境污染加剧要重视外商投资对环境质量的影响、重视第三产业发展。Xinjiang is an autonomous region with abundant natural resources and fragile ecological environment.How to realize the balance between economic development and environmental protection is an issue related to Xinjiang’s long-term development.The key factors influencing Xinjiang’s eco-environment includes the income per capita,foreign investment and tertiary industry development.The year 2018 will be the inflection point of Xinjiang’s environment quality.To relieve the increasing environment pollution in Xinjiang,attention should be paid to the influence of foreign investment on environment quality,and importance should be attached to tertiary industry.
