摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,特别是高科技设备在影像诊断领域的广泛应用,使得影像科主任的工作压力越来越大。作者从影像科主任管理工作的前提、基础、关键、心理保证及人际关系、工作细节等方面总结了工作体会。With the constant development in scientific technology,especially the wide utilization of high-tech equipment in image diagnosis,the chiefs in image departments feel more stressful.The author summarized the working experience of the chief in image department in the aspects of prerequisite management,its bases,focus,psychological guarantee,interpersonal relationship and working details.
