摘　　要：利用电力电缆屏蔽层进行载波信号传输,已成为配电自动化一种重要的通信方式,然而一些特种电缆是否可以实现载波通信也成为配电自动化通信建设的一个研究重点。文章介绍了一条典型的10 kV油浸纸电缆线路,并对其电缆阻抗、噪声、传输衰耗特性进行了全面的测试。测试结果和试验统计数据显示,采用卡接式电感耦合方式的油浸纸电缆满足载波组网通信可靠性要求,可以作为载波通信的信道,为城市小区配电自动化系统的通信系统提供了一种廉价且方便的解决方案。Using the shielding layer of power cable to transmit the signal of power line carrier has become an important communication mean for distribution automation system.One of the research emphasis is to judge weather the special power cable can be used for power line carrier communication.This paper introduces a typical 10 kV oil impregnated paper-insulated cable,discusses the test on impedance,noise and transmission attenuation.The test results and statistical analysis show that the oil impregnated paper-insulated cable using non-intrusive inductive coupler can be used as a reliable channel for power line carrier communication.It is a cost-effective solution of distribution automation system for the communities in the cities.
