摘  要:采用响应面法优化了中国林蛙皮抗菌肽的提取条件。结果表明,林蛙皮抗菌肽的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提液pH1.48,浸提时间3.61h,液料比12.46:1(ml:g),抗菌肽抑菌圈直径预测值为24.8mm,验证值为24.9mm,与理论预测值偏差为0.41%。The response surface analysis method was used to improve the extraction conditions of antimicrobial peptides from Rana chensinensis skin.The results showed that the optimum conditions for extraction of antimicrobial peptides were as follows:pH 1.48,time 3.61 h and ratio of liquid to solid 12.46:1(ml:g).The predictive best diameter of the inhibitory zone for the antimicrobial peptides was 24.8 mm,while the actual diameter of the inhibitory zone determined was 24.9 mm.The relative error is 0.41%.
