摘 要:Ni镀层可改善铝材性能,而有关铝材滚镀Ni的报道尚少。在纯铝片上滚镀镍层,研究了电流、温度、pH值、滚筒设计、电极设计、Al片装载量对镀层质量的影响。结果表明:优化的Al片滚镀Ni工艺为电流3~6A,温度40~50℃,pH值4.0~5.5;通过槽内冷却、滚筒内壁安装绝缘小瓷子、使用发散形铜丝阴极及双Ni块阳极等方法,可以大大提高滚镀层质量;Al片的适宜装载量为滚筒体积的1/4~1/3;优化的滚镀工艺制备的镀层表面光亮平滑,硬度为45~65HR,厚度为3~5μm,与Al基体的结合力良好,并有良好的耐腐蚀性能。Ni coating was prepared on the surface of Al plate by barrel plat-ing.The effects of current,temperature,pH value,structure of rolling cylinder and electrode,and loadage of Al plate on the quality of Ni coating were investigated,and the optimized barrel plating process was established.The optimized current,tempera-ture and pH value for barrel plating of Al plate were determined to be 3~ 6 A,40 ~ 50℃ and 4.0 ~ 5.5 respectively.The performance of the barrel plated Ni coating could be greatly im-proved by applying internal cooling of plating cell,installing small insulating porcelains on the inner walls of cylinder,introdu-cing divergent brass wire cathode and adopting double Ni block anodes.Appropriate loadage for Al plate was equal to 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the volume of cylinder,and the Ni coating obtained under opti-mal plating parameters was bright and smooth,with hardness of 45 ~65 HR and thickness of 3 ~5 μm.Moreover,the Ni coating had good adhesion to substrate and good corrosion resistance as well.
