摘 要:利用氢化硅烷化反应,合成了几种侧链含芘基但链长不同的聚氧硅烷荧光高分子,用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)表征了其分子结构。采用荧光分光光度计分别测定了荧光高分子与其单体小分子在溶液中的荧光性质。聚氧硅烷荧光高分子与其单体分子相比,受激态发射区比分子态发射区具有更大的的荧光发射强度和较高的氧猝灭系数(OQS)。随着分子侧链长度的增加,单体分子的OQS逐渐递减,而荧光高分子的OQS逐渐增加。Several novel side chain polysiloxanes containing pyrene and aliphatic spacers of varying lengths were synthesized by hydrosilylation, and the structures were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR). The photophysical properties and oxygen quenching sensitivity (OQS) in solution were studied. Compared with monomers, the excitation spectra of polysiloxanes exhibited poor vibration resolution and the excimer emission band was more prominent than the monomer emission peak. Both monomers and polysiloxanes were found to be oxygen sensitive. However, the OQS of the fluorescent polymer in solution is lower than that of the fluorescent monomer. The OQS of the monomer shows decreasing with increasing of length of aliphatic spacer, but the OQS of polysiloxane show increasing.
