摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出机,采用不同增韧剂的冲击改性,制备了微胶囊化红磷和磷系阻燃剂RC200阻燃的高性能丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂,发现10份乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)增韧体系具有优异的综合性能,阻燃性可达到UL94V0级,冲击强度可达到78J/m,有较好的加工流动性。而且发现相对于高软段含量的聚氨酯(TPU),高硬段含量的聚氨酯具有更好的阻燃性。极限氧指数(LOI),UL94燃烧测试结果表明,纳米蒙脱土(MMT)具有显著的阻燃协效作用,热失重分析(TGA)结果表明,MMT能大幅度提高阻燃ABS体系的热稳定性,提高残炭量。Microencapsulized red phosphorus and phosphorus flame retardants named RC200 were employed to prepare fire retardant high-performance ABS composites which were toughened by different impact modifiers via twin-screw extrusion. An addition of 10phr ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer(EMA) elastomer was proved to toughen flame retardant ABS composite efficiently. And furthermore, the flame retardant ABS composite exhibited excellent physical properties including favorable melt fluidity, better impact strength of 78 J/m and V-0 class for UL94 rating testing. Compared to thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) containing soft component (polyether), TPU comprised hard ingredient (polyester) indicated more significant flame retardancy. Combustion and limiting oxygen index(LOI) testing reveal that nano-montmorillonite(MMT) shows a remarkable synergistic effects on flame-retardance enhancement of ABS. Thermogravimetric analysis demonstrates that adding MMT leads to greatly improved thermal stability and much larger residual quantity.
