摘　　要：对乙二醛氧化-缩合环化生成尿囊素在工艺方面的研究进展进行了综述。以乙二醛氧化-缩合环化法的工艺路线为主线,分析讨论了合成乙醛酸、尿囊素的研究进展。进一步归纳分析了合成的工艺条件及国内外的发展现状。在此基础上对合成工艺研究前景进行了展望。The research progress in the synthesis of allantion condensing and cyclizing after oxidizing glyoxal is summarized. On the basis of this technological line, the advances in the synthesis of glyoxylate and allantion are discussed ,with the further analysis on the process condition and the development status at home and abroad. The research prospect of synthetic process is forecasted.
