摘 要:以甲醇和环氧丙烷为反应物,采用均相连续反应精馏法合成了2-羟丙基甲醚。对三乙胺、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠和碳酸钾五种催化剂的催化活性和选择性进行了研究。考察了以三乙胺为催化剂时进料摩尔比和环氧丙烷进料速率对环氧丙烷转化率、2-羟丙基甲醚选择性及收率的影响。The synthesis of 1methoxy2propanol by reactive distillation was proposed in this study. The 1methoxy2propanol was obtained by reaction of methanol (MeOH) with propylene oxide (PO). Compared with the traditional method, the disadvantages such as the wide composition distribution of product and the low yield were eliminated by removing the product through distillation in the process proposcd. Several catalysts, including N(C2H6)3, NaOH, KOH, Na2CO3 and K2CO3, were examined in term of the activity and selectivity. The effects of feed molar ratio (MeOH/PO) and feed rate of PO on conversion ratio for PO, selectivity and yield for 1methoxy2propanol were investigated, with N(C2H6)3 as catalyst. Temperature distribution in reactive distillation column under different pressures was discussed in this paper. Suitable operation conditions were obtained based on experimental results. Molar ratio of 451 and feed rate of PO of 0.7kg/h were used in experimental setup. Under these conditions, the conversion of PO was 99%, the selectivity for 1methoxy2propanol was more than 95% and the yield was above 93%.
