成都市电力市场需求侧管理分析

摘　　要：随着中国经济发展水平的不断提高,经济社会发展越来越依赖电力市场的构建。而电力的供需平衡是地区电力市场研究的核心问题之一。对成都市电力市场的现状进行了分析,提出了成都市采用分时电价调整用户消费行为和用电方式,从而达到削峰填谷、开源节流的目标。在此基础上,采用电力需求曲线和边际成本理论对峰谷分时电价进行了分析,提出一些建议和措施。With the continuous economic growth in China,the development of the economy and the society increasingly depends on the construction of electricity market.The balance between power supply and demand becomes one of the core topics on the research of electricity market.The present situation of electricity market in Chengdu is analyzed and TOU power price is proposed.On the basis of this idea,some valuable improvements by utilizing electricity demand curve and marginal cost theory are proposed.
