摘　　要：望都县是我国北方重要的辣椒集散地,被誉为全国"三大辣都"之首。本文以钻石模型为切入点,从生产要素、需求条件、相关产业、企业战略等几方面对望都县辣椒产业的竞争力进行了分析,并对其进一步发展提出了相应的对策建议。Wangdu country is one of the most key distributing centers of pepper in the north China and is honored by the name of the ＂leader of three LaDus＂.With the starting point of diamond model,this paper makes the analysis on the competitiveness of Wangdu pepper industry from the aspects of factor conditions,demand conditions,related supporting industries and strategy,structure rivalry.And finally,the countermeasures are brought forward.
