摘　　要：近年来,国外交易成本经济学的实证研究领域已从传统的产业组织经济学扩展到了市场营销、财务管理、会计、关系型契约等多个领域。本文对国外交易成本经济学在这些领域的实证研究作了简要的回顾,希望能够为我们的研究提供参考。In recent years,empirical research fields of abroad transaction cost economics have extended to the marketing,financial management,accounting,relational contracts and other fields from the traditional industrial organization economics.This paper briefly reviews the empirical research of abroad transaction cost economics in these areas,and hopes to provide a reference for our study.
