摘　　要：中共青海省委十一届六次全体会议提出的跨越发展、绿色发展、和谐发展和统筹发展是具有青海特点的科学发展模式。新闻宣传在实现四个发展中担负着重要责任。文章通过新闻宣传与"四个发展"关系的论述,阐明新闻媒体及其工作者要准确把握和理解"四个发展"的深刻内涵、基本特征和内在联系,把四个发展的要求贯穿到宣传报道之中,在建设富裕文明、和谐的新青海中做好舆论引导,为推动"四个发展"发挥应有的作用。The sixth plenary conference of the eleventh session of the provincial committee mentioned the seientitic development mode , which has Qinghai＇ s characteristics , as transcendent development ,green development ,harmonious development and overall plan development . The news propagation shoulders an important responsibility in the ＂Four Development＂. The news medias and jour- nalists need to accurately grasp and understand the profound connotations , basic features and internal links of the ＂Four Development＂, and fu;foll its requirements in the propagandas and reports , guide well the consensus in constructing a wealthy ,civilized and harmonious new Qinghai , and bring functions into play for accelerating it .
