摘  要:针对传统测温中存在的若干问题,将虚拟仪器和传统测量技术相结合设计了虚拟测温系统。集成温度传感器TMP36获取温度信号,采用USB数据采集卡实现信号的转换和传输。上位机软件利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW编制,实现了数字滤波、记录实时温度值、生成温度趋势曲线、温度统计直方图等功能。实验结果表明,系统结构简单、界面良好、易于操作、测量准确、稳定可靠,可以满足工业测试的需要。In view of some problems of the traditional temperature measurement, the virtual measurement system was designed based on Virtual Instruments and traditional measurement technology. Temperature signal was achieved by integrated temperature sensor TMP36, using USB data acquisition card for signal conversion and transmission. Host com- puter software was programmed by the use of LahVIEW graphical programming language. Thus, functions such as digital filtering, real-time temperature values recording, the temperature trend curve generating and temperature histogram are achieved. The experimental results show that the system has simple structure, friendly user interface and easily opera- ted. At one time the result is correct and credible. So it can meet the needs of industrial measurement.
