摘　　要：从组织培养、相关基因分子标记、遗传图谱构建、种质资源亲缘关系、品种纯度鉴定和基因工程等方面,综述了黄瓜生物技术应用研究进展,并对存在的问题和应用前景进行了讨论。This paper reviewed the progress in study of tissue culture,relative gene molecular markers,genetic map,germplasm,genetic relations,identification of seed purity and gene engineering in cucumber,and the existing problems and prospects were also discussed.
