摘　　要：文章介绍上海某房屋采用有控制抽浆迫降法进行纠偏的同时,采用低压旋喷钢管注浆桩基托换法进行房屋地基加固实例,以确保相邻地基开挖对该房屋安全产生的影响。This paper introduces the example that controlled forced sedimentation method by slurry pumping is used for deviation-rectifying of one house in Shanghai,and simultaneously low-pressure steel pipe grouting is applied for foundation reinforcement of the house so as to ensure the effect of excavation of adjacent foundation on the safety of the house.
