台湾地区机构知识库建设特点及其启示

摘　　要：近年来台湾地区学术机构知识库发展迅速,无论在数量还是规模方面在国际上都处于领先水平。台湾地区机构知识库的建设受到其行政主管机关的重视和支持,采取了"中心+种子机构+参与机构"的组织模式和"分布存储、集中呈现"的服务方式,对知识产权问题的处理以及收录资料的质量控制采取了多种方法,利用各种手段宣传推广机构知识库。这些经验值得机构知识库建设正处于起步阶段的中国大陆地区借鉴。In recent years academic institutional repositories in Taiwan have rapidly developed and have leading level both in quantity and scale in the world. The construction of institutional repositories in Taiwan was appreciated and supported by the administrative authorities,adopted a ＂center ＋ agency ＋ involved in seed body＂ organizational model and the ＂distributed storage,centralized rendering＂ service approach,took a number of ways to treat the intellectual property issues and quality control of the included resources and used various means to promote institutional repositories.These experiences should be references for the institutional repositories in China's Mainland which are just at the initial stage.
