摘　　要：目的探讨3～4月龄婴儿心理与运动发育的影响因素,以便采取早期干预措施,更好地促进婴幼儿的心理健康发展。方法采用0～6岁儿童智能发育筛查测验(DST),对1200名3～4月龄婴儿(男638名,女562名)进行评价,并调查其可能的影响因素,应用方差分析等统计学方法进行统计分析。结果3～4月龄婴儿的出生体重、身长、头围、胸围、母亲孕周和孕检次数与其心理与运动发育有显著性相关。结论3～4月龄婴儿的心理与运动发育受到其出生状况和母亲孕期保健等多种因素的综合影响。OBJECTIVE In order to make a study on the influencing factors for psychological development and motion ability of 3~4 months infants, to take measures for early intervention, to promote healthy development of infants. METHOD 1 200 subjects which include 638 male and 562 female ranging from 3 months to 4 months old were assessed with DST. Affecting factors of the intellectual development were investigated. The data was analyzed with statistical methods which include variance analysis. RESULTS There was obvious correlation between DQ/MI and birth weight, birth length, birth head circumference, birth chest circumference, gestation ages, the number of pregnancy test. CONCLUSIONS The psychological development and the motion ability of 3 ~4 months infants are influenced by synthetic factors, such as pregnancy health care and birth condition.
