高校构建师生和谐关系的现实途径

摘　　要：和谐的大学校园是社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,是大学生成长的基本前提。辅导员、学生干部、普通学生三者关系是高校教育过程中最重要、最基本的关系,同时也是最经常、最活跃的人际关系。通过调研访谈,总结归纳了三者关系的存在现状,并提出构建三者和谐关系的现实途径。Creating a harmonious campus life is an important part to build up a socialist harmonious society, and it is also an important condition for students＇healthy growth. The relations among students, students leaders and students supervisors are the most common and most important relations to deal with in higher education, which is the key aspect to build up a harmonious relation in campus. The paper offer some ideas to realize the harmonious relations in campus through the analysis of the current situation of relations in campus.
