摘  要:桑黄菌是一种具有重要开发价值的药用真菌。以菌丝日均生长速度为指标,比较野生桑黄菌在玉米粉综合培养基、马铃薯综合培养基、木生菌标准培养基上的生长情况,结果表明野生桑黄菌在玉米粉综合培养基上的日均生长速度最快。在选择葡萄糖为碳源,玉米粉+蛋白胨为氮源的基础上,通过L9(34)正交试验设计优化野生桑黄菌固体培养基的配方为:20g/L葡萄糖,20g/L玉米粉,1g/L蛋白胨,0.3g/L MgSO4,2g/L KH2PO4,20g/L琼脂。Phellinus linteus is a kind of medicinal fungi with important value of development.In present study,the daily average growth rate of mycelium was investigated by using corn flour composite medium,potato composite medium and wood fungus standard medium to culture wild Phellinus linteus.The results indicated that the wild Phellinus linteus had the highest average daily growth rate on corn flour composite medium.After glucose was selected as the carbon source and corn powder and peptone were selected as the nitrogen source,the solid culture medium for wild Phellinus linteus was optimized by using L9(34) orthogonal test.The optimized culture medium were composed of glucose 20 g/L,corn flour 20 g/L,peptone 1 g/L,MgSO4 0.3 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,and agar 20 g/L.
