摘 要:制备了紫外光固化水性聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯复合树脂,并与水性聚氨酯树脂的性能进行了比较。结果表明,经丙烯酸酯复合后,水性聚氨酯树脂的粒径分布变宽,树脂体系的两相相容性得到加强。同时,复合树脂的耐水性、耐醇性和力学性能均优于水性聚氨酯树脂。光引发剂用量为树脂质量的3%时,胶膜的综合性能最佳。UV waterborne polyurethane/acrylate resin was prepared and its properties were compared with those of waterborne polyurethane resin in this thesis. Research results showed that the particle size distribution of the compounding resin was broader and the compatibility of two phases in the resin was better after adding the acrylate into polyurethane. The results also indicated that the water resistant,alcohol resistant and mechanical properties of the compounding resin were superior to those of the waterborne polyurethane resin. In addition,the properties of the compounding resin were best as the amount of the light initiate was 3% of the amount of the resin.
