摘　　要：针对目前通用的普通圆柱蜗杆传动的两大主体,按符合蜗轮齿面接触疲劳强度、蜗轮轮齿弯曲强度及蜗杆刚度的三重准则进行了传动设计,并绘制设计流程图;基于此,运用Matlab软件进行了设计过程的图形用户界面(GUI)的实现,避免了传统方法中VB或C语言调用Matlab计算引擎时的接口连接问题;最后,给出了一个设计实例,证明了该GUI便于工程应用,能够在重复设计过程中减轻设计人员的劳动量,减少设计错误率,从而提高工作效率。Aiming at the two main parts of the common-use cylindrical worm drive, the three criterions, including the contract fatigue strength of the tooth surface, bending strength of the worm tooth and rigidity of the worm gear, are applied into the design of the worm drive. Due to the flowcharting of the driving design referred to above, a graphical user interface （GUI） of the design process is made by Matlab, which avoided the problem caused by the traditional method of VB or C programming language invoking Matlab calculating engine. Besides, an example of design was given to prove that this GUI is full of practical significance and is able to alleviate the labor of a designer enormously, decrease the rate of making a mistake and improve the working efficiency as well.
