摘  要:介绍一种适用于煤矿井下钻孔直径为56~65 mm的小孔径水压致裂封隔器的结构、设计要点和试验结果。止水元件选用钢丝膨胀胶管,承压能力高、使用寿命长。用无缝钢管代替钻杆供水,并采用U形销式快换接头联接,劳动强度低、效率高,密封性好。试验结果表明:封隔器不仅止水效果好,而且重量轻,操作简单。该封隔器适用于在任意方向的钻孔中进行浅孔水压致裂试验。The structure, design features and test results of a hydraulic fracturing packer used in small holes of 56-65 mm in diameter suited to the mine were intruduced. Expansion rubber hose with steel wire is selected and used in sealing element, because of its ability of high-pressure and long service life. Instead of drill rods, seamless steel tubes are adopted in water supply with low labor strength, high efficiency, good sealing. The seamless steel tubes are joined by quick adapters with U pin. Tests results showed that the packer has advantages of good sealing effect, the light weight and simple operation. The packer is applied to hydraulic fracturing test of shallow borehole in all direction.
