摘　　要：片帮问题是制约综采效率和工人安全的主要因素。生产中常用护帮板来改善片帮问题。主要针对实际生产中护帮板结构出现的问题进行受力分析,找出原因,并对护帮板结构进行改进,以达到优化护帮板结构的作用。Rib problem not only restrict mechanized mining efficiency,but also is the mostly factor affect worker safety. The protection board is used to solve the problem in production. Focus on the problem of the protection board occured in production and through mechanical analysis to find reasons. To optimize the role of protection board, its structure is also improved.
