摘　　要：分析了当前发动机摇臂轴承全自动组装机存在的问题,根据工件的装配工艺要求对发动机摇臂轴承全自动组装机关键机构进行研究,采用偏心振动下料的滚针自动排列机构,解决了满滚针轴承的自动落料问题,并将所设计的滚针自动排列机构应用于实际生产中,取得了良好的效果。Some questions on automatic assembler design of automatic assembling machine of engine rocker arm bearing was analysed. To chooses the material and the sorting organization key technologies carries on the detailed elaboration. This carries on the improvement design according to the work piece assembly technique request to the essential organization roller pin auto arrangement organization, and will design the roller pin auto arrange organization applies in the actual production.
