摘　　要：通过对转向滑阀阀杆加工过程的分析,阐述了用普通磨床进行精密磨削的机床调整、工艺参数的选择,磨削方法的确定,以及应该注意的一些工艺问题。采取这些措施,在普通磨床上也可以加工出精密的工件。How to adjust an ordinary grinder for precision grinding machine tools, the selection of process parameters, the determination of grinding methods, and some of attentions should pay to in the technological process were elaborated, by analysis the machining process of rotational slide valve spindle. These necessary measures were used, on an odinary grinder can also make work pieces of precision machined surface.
