摘　　要：针对顾桥矿多绳摩擦轮提升机系统运行时的振动现状,为了提高煤矿安全生产效益,设计了一种基于S7-300系列PLC的矿井提升机系统重要部位—振动远程在线监测系统,该系统可实现提升机的远程在线状态监测、诊断和报警。Amid at the operation status of the multi-ropes winder system, in order to improve mine safety and production efficiency, this text presented and designed a monitoring system based on S7-300 PLC and on-line to monitor the bearing＇s vibration, and it carried out the status of winder on-line monitor, diagnosis and alarm.
