摘　　要：目前,中国工程机械维修业还不够规范,广大维修人员在大修机械时对机器的拆卸、分解是盲目的,仅凭自己的感觉进行,可供参考的只有使用说明、零件图册等,没有可供参照执行的整机拆卸、总成分解实用程序;部分维修人员甚至对着一部机器不知如何下手,硬干、蛮干造成零部件损坏,维修质量难以把握的问题。基于此,经反复实践研究,总结出了XAS160Dd型空压机整机分解的顺序和方法实用程序,可大大提高该机大、中修时的分解速度。At present, China＇s engineering mechanical maintenance falls short of the specification. Maintenance worker feel blind at the time of decomposition of the overhaul-mechanical-machines up to their own feelings, using the description, the Atlas, and so on, there are no course available for reference to the execution of demolition. Some maintenance workers even sitting in front of a machine doing nothing, foolhardy and ompressor, it is difficuh to grasp the maintenance quality. Based on this research, repeated, summarizes the the XAS160Dd of the order of the air compressor and machine bodywork decomposition method utility, hoping greatly improve the operation of the ride and the decomposition of repaired.
