摘 要:针对煤矿井下涌水的复杂性、环境的特殊性及传统水泵控制方案存在的缺陷,提出以矿用本安型工控计算机为核心构成水泵自动控制系统,可根据水仓水位变化实现水泵开停及切换的自动控制,具有完善的数据处理、通讯及故障报警功能,并可在地面集控室实时监视井下泵房运行状况及遥控水泵开停,对矿井排水系统的可靠、经济运行具有重要作用。With the complexity of gushing water,the particularity of the environment of coal mine, and the shortcomings of traditional pump control scheme in accordance,proposes the pump automatic control system based on intrinsically safe industrial control computer, which can switch the pump automatically according to the change of water storage level. This system has the functions of complete data processing , communications and fault alarm, and as well as real-time monitoring the operational status of the underground pump house and remote controlling the switching of the pump at the ground control room, which plays an important role in the reliability of the mine drainage system and economic operation.
